THE WINERY

For wine aging, a variety of materials have been selected (oak and acacia barriques, tonneaux, concrete and steel eggs) to produce stylistically fresh wines that reflect the variety of typical aromas and fragrances of the region. Relevant, distinctive, and unique factors.
All production aims at minimal environmental impact; care for flora and fauna biodiversity, organic wine certification (in conversion), lightweight bottles with 80-90% recycling, natural cork stoppers, eco-sustainable packaging, and recycled waste.

The Harvest
The 2024 harvest in Sardinia was characterized by a winter and spring with above-average temperatures and scarce rainfall, which posed a challenge for the growing season. The mistral wind helped moderate summer temperatures and, together with sharp temperature swings, even more pronounced at higher altitudes, allowed us to maintain a balanced ripening of the grapes, resulting in good grape quality and stable production. The abundant rainfall during the harvest period presented us with an additional challenge, which we met with appropriate rigor in our vineyards, in addition to the manual selection we undertake in the cellar.
The 2025 harvest, however, had a winter with average temperatures followed by a rainy spring that replenished the vines’ necessary water reserves. The summer was marked by high temperatures, but mitigated by the mistral wind, resulting in balanced ripening of the berries and grapes destined to produce high-quality wines, as evidenced by a general improvement in the phytosanitary situation. Compared to the previous year, we had a smooth harvest with light showers absorbed by the prevailing winds and ideal temperature ranges for the evolution of the fruit.
PEOPLE
A n a n c i e n t k n o w - h o w
Viticulture in Sardinia is an ancient art, practiced since the Iron Age and appreciated by the Phoenicians who traded locally produced wines. This expertise has been perfected across more than 150 native varieties and passed down with great pride from generation to generation.
A tradition that is fundamental to our project.
